Facilities of the residence
The residence was inaugurate in 1994 and not built like normal "tower-building". It consists of six houses of max. four floors, which are arranged around a inner yard with a pasture. In summertime we relax there, play soccer or volleyball.
Below this yard there´s a garage for the inhabitants of the residence and also for neighbours.
In house number 4 are the laundry facilities, next door the fitness room and the cinema room, which you can rent for a night.
A normal room has ca. 15 m² and contains a desk, shelf and a wardrobe but no bed! (Only exchange-students get a bed). We share one kitchen with four people and bathroom with one flatmate.
The size of the rare appartments is the double: 30 m². There is the kitchen included, but furnished like the rooms.
We have totally 296 room for students:
9 appartments
10 flats for 2 Persons
6 flats for 3 persons
62 flats for 4 Persons
(warmwater and heating costs included)
rooms: 185 €
appartments: 230 €
The costs for electricity depends on the consumption of each flats (it should be around 15-25 €/person)
parking space in the garage: 13 € per month
